As soon as you start using the products, you will be able to talk about how you FEEL on them, this comes across to your customers and distributors.

SHAKE:

The shake should be filling and tasty. To prepare a shake, take 2 tablespoonfuls of powder and, if necessary, add fruit (e.g. half banana) or yogurt. To achieve best results, try not to make shake using whole milk.
To prepare a tasty and filling shake use a blender.
Don’t skip shakes even if you are not hungry! Hunger will come later on and in no time you will ravage half the contents of the fridge.
If you experience hunger between meals, prepare another shake or take a Protein Bar.
You need 2 or 3 cans of Formula 1 Mix each month for the Weight Loss Program.

WATER:

You should drink 6-8 glasses of water daily (2.5 liters). This helps to boost weight loss, removal of toxic substances from your body and upkeep of water-salt balance.
Insufficient intake of water may slow down loosing weight and sometimes may result in fatigue, dizziness and constipation.
To optimize Weight loss program, use Thermojetics® herbal beverage. Dissolve three teaspoonfuls of powder in 1.5 l of water and drink this beverage during the day. Thermojetics® herbal beverage will make you energetic and will boost your weight loss.

REGULAR MEAL:

Don’t skip regular meals.
If you are planning a visit at night, take your evening shake at dinnertime. Then you will take a shake in the morning and in the daytime, and a regular meal in the evening.
Eat a lot of vegetables, and salads. Try to avoid fatty and fried food, sweets, cakes, alcoholic drinks and beer.

COMPLETE THE WEIGHT LOSS CHART:

Before starting the Weight Loss or Weight Maintenance program, take your weight and measurements and write them down into the Weight and Measures chart, which you can find below. Complete this chart regularly.
Remember: it will take you at least 90 days to change your eating habits and fix the initial results. Complete the chart thoroughly on the indicated days and contact your upline sponsor regularly to discuss how you are moving forward with the Program.
Remember: lost centimeters/inches are more important than lost kilos/pounds, they are your true indication.
Take your picture before starting the Program. It will be easy for you to compare your new appearance to the way you looked before.

WEIGHT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM:

If you are interested in Maintaining your weight and good nutrition, then replace one meal a day with a Shake and maintain your other two meals of the day as regular meals. Take tablets 3 times a day as indicated in breakfast, lunch and dinner sections of the chart above titled (Weight Loss Program).

WEIGHT GAIN PROGRAM:

Take 3 normal meals a day, and after each meal drink a large shake with 2 to 3 tablespoonfuls of Formula 1 Powder. Take tablets along with the shakes, 3 times per day, but not the weight loss products.

Take Picture

Take a couple of pictures of yourself where we can fully see what you currently look like. These will help you along the way to see the differences as you make progress in your program. These pictures will also be very helpful when you develop your story.

What else to purchase if you are on the Weight Loss or Weight Gain Program.
